The Winter School is designed for PhD students and post-doctoral researchers with an interest in urban economics, including housing, neighborhoods, place-based policy, segregation, gentrification, spatial distribution of activities, agglomeration economies, sorting effects, environmentally oriented cities... The objective of the winter school is to offer an intensive training program and to provide an opportunity for young researchers to discuss their work in progress with leading researchers in the field in a relaxed and open atmosphere.
