Registration Fee and Financial Support

There is a registration fee of  €100, which covers coffee breaks, working lunches, and evening event at Salt & Pepper.

You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements. Suggestions will be provided on this website. People who need a visa can let us know as soon as they receive notification of acceptance. We will then send them an official letter.

For those who are exempt from registration fees (guest box): only the registration form has to be filled in and sent to wsue2024@sciencesconf.org.

If you are not exempt from registration fees, payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations. Payment must be done before the registration deadline. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Several payment methods are possible:

- By bank check, payable to « Régisseur des UFR juridique et économique »

- By bank transfer in the name of Régisseur des UFR juridique et économique. Find the détails of the account on the registration form

- By credit card via the online platform:

- By purchase order (INSTITUTIONAL PAYMENT WITH INVOICE), at the address of université de Bourgogne – LEDi (a table must be completed on the registration form).

No reimbursement is possible in case of cancellation.

Whether you are exempt from registration fees or not and whatever the method of payment chosen, the registration form must be completed and transmetted to: wsue2024@sciencesconf.org.
